The ladder
Every Job NFT gets a random rung.
| Rung | Job | Class | Hire odds | Base CAP / day | Weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Intern | Worker | 40% | 1 | 1 |
| 2 | Analyst | Worker | 25% | 1.5 | 2 |
| 3 | Associate | Worker | 15% | 2 | 4 |
| 4 | Manager | Worker | 10% | 3 | 8 |
| 5 | VP | Executive | 6% | Pool | 16 |
| 6 | Director | Executive | 3% | Pool | 32 |
| 7 | CEO / CxO | Executive | 1% | Pool | 64 |
Workers farm CAP. Executives share Worker claim fees. Employer, emissions, bonuses, and taxes change the final rate.
Mint price
- First 2,500 jobs: 0.02 ETH.
- Jobs 2,501–5,000: 10–28 CAP.
- After job 5,000: the price updates daily.
- The app shows the current price before you sign.
If a hire has no result after seven days, start recovery. One day later, cancel to return the held CAP or create an ETH refund.
Open hiringWork, hustle, and climb
Workers farm. Executives take the cut.
Clock in a Worker
- Pick an Employer that accepts the Worker's rung.
- Stake the Worker. It locks for 48 hours.
- Claim CAP: 80% to you, 20% to the Executive Pool.
- Each claim starts a new 48-hour wait before you can leave.
- Quit to roll for a clean exit or layoff. A layoff moves control to an Executive; you keep the right to rehire.
Run a Side Hustle
- 10 tries per Worker each UTC day.
- Up to 2 CAP per win, before the 20% Executive cut.
- 10% burnout. Burnout destroys the Job NFT.
- The first try starts a 24-hour transfer lock.
Upskill for up to 3 CAP per win, 5% burnout, and up to 1 extra CAP per day while staked. If an upskilled Worker burns out, its bond goes with it.
Promote an Executive
Burn idle Workers and CAP for a shot at the next level. The cost burns whether the promotion wins or loses.
| Target | Workers | CAP | Success | Weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | 2 | 0 CAP | 100% | 2× |
| 3 | 4 | 10 CAP | 90% | 4× |
| 4 | 8 | 20 CAP | 90% | 8× |
| 5 | 14 | 70 CAP | 80% | 16× |
| 6 | 20 | 100 CAP | 80% | 32× |
Bond an Executive to double its pool weight. The NFT locks for 48 hours, then you can unbond and get the token back.
Boardroom Dice
One wager. One random roll.
60% of rolls. You lose the wager.
40% of rolls. You receive 2× the wager.
Wager 5 CAP and a win returns 10 CAP gross. Expected return is 80%. On a loss, one-third burns and the rest stays in the house bankroll.
Pick a balance
- Use CAP from your wallet or a staked Worker.
- Wins return to the balance you picked.
- Earned CAP play does not reset the Worker's 48-hour lock.
- That Worker cannot claim, switch Employer, or leave mid-roll.
Limits
- 1 CAP minimum. 10 CAP maximum.
- 25 CAP per wallet per day, reset at 00:00 UTC.
- One open roll per wallet.
- Each roll checks eligibility and self-exclusion.
Stuck roll
Finish result submits the result already onchain. It does not reroll. After seven days, anyone can start recovery. The provider gets one last day; after that, a second recovery call returns the wager.
Open Boardroom DiceCAP
Farm it. Spend it. Burn it. Lock it.
- CAP has no team allocation.
- Workers and Side Hustles share one fixed CAP mint cap.
- Emissions can move between 25% and 100%, 5% at a time.
- Hiring, promotions, rehires, Employer switches, Dice losses, and buybacks burn CAP.
Lock for veCAP
Lock CAP for up to one year. veCAP adds reward weight and fades as the unlock date gets closer. It cannot transfer and there is no early exit.
Lock CAPTrading and rewards
Official CAP trades feed the reward pot.
- Buy CAP: 3% of the USDG input goes to the reward pot.
- Sell CAP: 3% of the USDG proceeds goes to the reward pot.
- Wallet transfers and trades elsewhere do not feed the pot.
Holder and staker pots buy the configured company-share reward basket. If a buy is skipped, that budget rolls into the next reward period. Claims open only after the assets and proofs are funded.
Eligible wallets receive the reward asset. Other valid claims receive the funded USDG fallback. A wallet cannot claim both.
